Publishers cannot create discount vouchers for the Unity Asset Store, Unreal Marketplace or FAB.
Promotional vouchers are created exclusively by Unity or Epic Games on special occasions or sales.
However, the assets do participate on sales often, so don't forget to add them to your wishlist to get notified when a sale starts.
Refunds requests are handle by the Unity Support Team and Epic Games Support team.
Unity assets are covered by the Unity Asset Store Refund Policy. Please see section 2.9.3 of the Unity Asset Store EULA for details.
Unreal assets are covered by the Unreal Marketplace Refund Policy. Please see section 4.3 of the Unreal Marketplace Guidelines for details.
